There are three types of user on our system, BUYERS, PRIVATE SELLERS and ESTATE AGENTS.

BUYERS 
Buyers can contact estate agents and private sellers, without the need to register, if buyers Register which is free, they can then store in their account a list of favourite listings, so they can refer to them at a later date.

PRIVATE SELLERS
Private Sellers can Register free, then list up to two properties for the term that they require in the relevant sections, for the fee's detailed in the prices page. should they need it we have a listing service representative, who will for a fee, visit your property and take all the details and photos necessary to list your property in the best manner.

ESTATE AGENTS
Estate Agents can Register and choose a package for the amount of properties that they wish to list, the details of the packages are on the prices page.

HELP
We have a number of help pages on the site however should you have any questions regarding registration, listing, editing of your properties or profile details, please contact us, and we help you with your listing. This is not a service for enquiries about properties, these enquiries should be submitted through the contact seller link, on the property details pages.

AGENTS SERVICE
We offer an Agents Service, The Agent will visit your property, collect all the details required for your listing, and take photographs, they will  list your property for you. All enquiries come directly to you, the charge for this is not very large but will depend on the size of your property. Enquire for details, here Contact Us
